The rising Formula 1 star secured victory in Monaco while Louis Vuitton celebrated its first year as Title Partner of the iconic race.

Kimi Antonelli has claimed victory at the Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Grand Prix de Monaco 2026, adding his name to the history books of one of motorsport’s most prestigious races and marking a milestone moment for Louis Vuitton’s inaugural year as Title Partner of the event.
Held on the legendary streets of Monte Carlo, the race brought together the worlds of high-performance sport, luxury and culture as Formula 1 returned to the Principality for another unforgettable weekend.
For Louis Vuitton, the victory marked the culmination of a landmark event that saw the House take on its most prominent role yet within Formula 1, reinforcing its longstanding connection with Monaco and its celebrated philosophy that “Victory Travels in Louis Vuitton.”

Hoyeon Unveils the Monaco Grand Prix Trophy
Ahead of the race, Louis Vuitton House Ambassador Hoyeon took centre stage to unveil the Monaco Grand Prix trophy on the starting grid.
Moments before the national anthem and race start, the Korean actress opened the bespoke Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk, revealing the coveted prize to drivers, teams and spectators gathered for one of Formula 1’s biggest events. The appearance highlighted the House’s continued ability to bring together fashion, culture and sport on a global stage.
For the occasion, Hoyeon wore a blush pink satin dress paired with a brown Vanity Low Key bag and brown Romy flat ballerinas. She completed the look with pieces from Louis Vuitton Fine Jewellery, including Le Damier de Louis Vuitton rings in yellow gold and Colour Blossom earrings.

The Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk Returns to the Podium
The bespoke Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk remained at the heart of the celebrations throughout the weekend, appearing both on the starting grid and during the podium ceremony where Antonelli received his trophy.
Designed to protect and showcase the Monaco Grand Prix trophy, the handcrafted trunk has become one of the defining symbols of race weekend since Louis Vuitton first partnered with the Automobile Club de Monaco in 2021.
Louis Vuitton Introduces a New Victory Patch
One of the most notable additions for 2026 is the introduction of Louis Vuitton’s new Victory Patch, an exclusive signature detail created for the Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunks.
Inspired by traditional travel labels, the patch is engraved with the winner’s initials, creating a lasting record of each Monaco Grand Prix champion. Following Antonelli’s victory, his initials were added to the Trophy Trunk alongside those of 2025 winner Lando Norris, further cementing the trunk’s role as a living archive of Formula 1 history.

Louis Vuitton’s Monaco Grand Prix Legacy Continues
Louis Vuitton’s relationship with Monaco continues to evolve. After partnering with the Automobile Club de Monaco from 2021 to 2024 and becoming an Official Formula 1 Partner in 2025, the House stepped into a new era this year as Title Partner of the Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Grand Prix de Monaco.
Throughout race weekend, Louis Vuitton’s presence extended across the circuit through specially designed trackside branding featuring a dynamic speed-inspired interpretation of the House logo, celebrating the energy and excitement of Formula 1.
The celebrations also coincided with the launch of Louis Vuitton’s first-ever Monaco City Guide, a dedicated edition featuring around 200 carefully curated destinations across the Principality, further strengthening the House’s connection to one of the world’s most glamorous destinations.

From the FIFA World Cup and the NBA to Roland Garros, the Ballon d’Or and Formula 1, Louis Vuitton has built a unique legacy around celebrating achievement at the highest level of sport.
