Autumn with El Pirata, Mayfair

El Pirata is a popular Spanish restaurant in Mayfair, a favourite amongst locals and visitors alike. This autumn El Pirata are bringing warm and cosy vibes to their trendy tapas restaurant with an autumn menu so good it’ll save you from the summer blues. The autumn menu in this gorgeous restaurant boasts two tapas for £13.50pp and an added dessert for only £3.50! From Tuesday to Friday 12 to 4:30pm it is perfectly timed for those looking for a nourishing lunch before heading back to work (and fabulous wine options for those who are not).

Guests can enjoy the tasty and inviting Croquetas de jamón ibérico, Iberian ham croquettes, or a refreshing Ensalada de tres coolers Avocado, tomato & mozzarella salad or popular Spanish classic Tortilla, Spanish omelette with potatoes & onion among many other delightful dishes.

Lunch can also be enjoyed al fresco as there is a beautiful terrace sitting outside the restaurant on the elegant streets of Mayfair, perfect for sunny days and early eaters, and for those still preferring to dine outside.

In another exciting move, El Pirata has been working with Zac Whittle (former Executive Chef of Michelin starred Galvin Restaurants) on new dishes and The Menu to Share (£25pp). This menu invites guests to take a delicious excursion throughout Iberia. The table promises to be laden with up to ten terracotta cazuelas to graze on.

Not only does El Pirata offer over 40 authentic Spanish dishes, they now serve bottomless brunch every Saturday. From 12 to 3pm you can enjoy mouthwatering brunch plates with the option of adding bottomless sangria.

From the bottomless brunch menu guests can enjoy classic tapas dishes. Pulpo al Pirata is a favourite of guests, Griddled octopus, served with fried potatoes seasoned with paprika. The bottomless brunch menu also includes the rich and delectable Gambas al Pil-Pil, Prawns in olive oil, seasoned with garlic & dried hot chilli peppers.

Another popular favourite is the Pollo al ajillo, Pan fried chicken thighs, served in white wine, garlic & olive oil and of course the classic Patatas Bravas, deep-fired potatoes served with a tomato, chilli & garlic sauce. All of these can be enjoyed with bottomless sangria, what better way is there to start off the weekend?
