Any night of the week at Sumosan Twiga is a guaranteed good time. Beloved for its electric and dynamic atmosphere, the super venue which is famous for its diverse offering of exceptional Japanese and traditional Italian cuisine is adding live music evenings on Wednesdays and a luxe Uptown Brunch on Saturdays to its glittering repertoire.
Guests at the iconic venue, will be able to enjoy live music from a mixture of fantastic bands providing a multi-sensory occasion and a night of entertainment every Wednesday evening from 8pm – 10pm.
Amongst the dulcet tones from acclaimed bands, guests will be able to sample a unique menu which is headed up by Chef Alessandro Scala.
The menu comprises of only the freshest and seasonal produce. The Italian menu consists of traditionally inspired dishes such as Paccheri with lobster and home-made black truffle ravioli. The Japanese kitchen offers a contemporary menu, key dishes include Angus with yuzu and kosho butter and Alaskan marinated miso black cod.
Choose from a wide selection of cocktails, from the Pistachio Lover which is formed of don julio blanco, yuzu juice, green chartreuse and pistachios to a glass of Sake like the Dassai Migaki 39. Sumosan Twiga will not disappoint, so head down there for one of their music nights before they get booked up.
On the weekend Sumosan Twiga’s Uptown Brunch is the hottest ticket in town. This brand new offering will certainly jazz up the weekend celebrations. Every Saturday the finest Knightsbridge bar and restaurant will bring the timeless glamour of disco music to Sloane Street, to offer guests exclusive entertainment with an incredible mix of dining, dancing and fun.
From Funk and Disco, to Boogie and Motown, Sumosan Twiga will set the party mood with live music from soulful sounds by the amazing food they have to offer. The tunes will continue throughout the afternoon with a DJ set and dancers bringing the disco vibe to the restaurant. Not just an ordinary brunch, the Uptown Brunch will transport you back to the dancefloor!
Taking place every Saturday from 12-4pm, guests can choose from a bottomless drinks menu of champagne, cocktails, beer, wine and spirits, alongside an array of dishes from the specially curated brunch menu.
Well known for its acclaimed offering of Japanese and Italian food, Sumosan Twiga will offer guests the opportunity to enjoy both sides of its roots. The menu will include unique Japanese dishes such as Chargrilled Beef Rib Eye and Salmon and Kumquat Tiradito, as well as signature Italian options, such as Tortelloni with Ricotta, Lemon and Bottarga and Insalata di
Spinaci with Goats Cheese and Hazelnuts.
Sumosan Twiga’s Uptown Brunch menu costs £150pp for the alcoholic option and £110pp for the non-alcoholic choice. Both packages include bottomless drinks, and are available to book every Saturday.
