Start with the Pear Salad, ripe Bartlett pear with treviso, frieze, shaft’s blue cheese, candied pecans and a drizzle of sunshine dressing. The Lobster Roll features fresh Maine Lobster in  betwen toasted Pullman brioche covered in tarragon aioli. The Coachella Lime Pie is the all American dessert, served with raspberry coulis, candied lime zest and fresh raspberries.

The restaurant’s opulent aesthetics, illuminated by dim lighting, transports you to a bygone era of old Hollywood glamour, and sets the stage for a fine dining experience like no other. Delia’s warmth and expertise ensured we made the best choices from the epicurean menu.

The Himachi Crudo arrives with apple and jalapeño slaw, finger lime and mint aguachile. The Sea Bass is cooked to perfection with lemon beurre blanc, cauliflower and hazelnut couscous. For something a little richer, the Wild Mushroom Risotto is also worth mentioning, especially during truffle season. Finish the meal with the delectable Ricotta Cheesecake.
