There are massages, and then there are moments of deep, intuitive care that stay with you long after you’ve left the treatment room. My experience with TALM, founded by Kenza Keller, was exactly that: nurturing, grounding, and quietly transformative.
Introducing the Founder: Kenza Keller
Kenza Keller, the visionary behind TALM, is a mother whose personal journey sparked a brand rooted in empathy and elegance. During her first pregnancy, she struggled to find skincare that was both safe and effective, yet still beautiful. As she says, “pregnancy brings with it a lot of questions and worries about a changing body. And I found it difficult to access cosmetics that were truly reassuring.” Determined to reconcile safety, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal, she launched TALM, based in France, with a focus on organic, vegan ingredients and eco-conscious packaging. Kenza’s commitment goes beyond skincare: in April 2025, she even ran the Paris Marathon to honour the physical and emotional endurance of motherhood, celebrating mothers as marathoners in their own right.
A Space to Let Go
I was welcomed into Oh My Cream in Notting Hill, a peaceful and thoughtfully curated space that feels like a soft exhale from the city’s pace. But what made this moment truly special was Kenza herself.
From the start, there was an immediate sense of trust. Kenza has a presence that feels maternal in the most comforting sense, present, calm, and deeply attuned. As she began the massage, it felt as if she intuitively knew exactly where my body was holding tension, and exactly how to release it. Her touch was precise, but gentle. There was no rushing, no sense of routine, only care.
What I experienced went beyond relaxation. I felt held. Kenza wasn’t just massaging my muscles; she was offering something much more profound: a moment of care, connection, and restoration. In a world where so much is expected of women, especially mothers, this kind of nurturing is rare and vital.
And this, I came to understand, is the heart of TALM.
TALM stands for To All Loving Mothers, but its mission extends beyond motherhood. It’s about restoring softness, dignity, and gentleness to the way we care for ourselves. It’s about creating rituals that honour the body, especially in moments of transition, pregnancy, postpartum, or simply navigating the everyday demands of life.
The Magic of Mega Oil
The experience was enriched by TALM’s beautiful product range, especially the Mega Oil. Silky, soothing, and delicately fragranced, it hydrates, restores, and protects, designed with mothers in mind, but perfect for anyone craving gentle nourishment. It prevents stretch marks, soothes sensitive skin, and supports elasticity postpartum. Even better: it’s entirely safe during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for baby’s skin. It’s skincare that understands transition, tenderness, and trust.
We need more brands like TALM, brands that understand care not just as a service, but as a deeply human need. We need treatments that honour the physical and emotional realities of motherhood. We need spaces where women can feel held, respected, and restored.
After my time with Kenza, I didn’t just feel better physically. I felt seen. Cared for. Reconnected with my body in a way that felt empowering, not performative.
TALM isn’t just a skincare brand. It’s a reminder: every woman deserves to feel looked after with softness, intention, and love.
