Highlights on the cocktail menu include the Blushing Sunset, a refreshing and aromatic mix of Whispering Angel Rosé, Aperol, and peach liqueur, and the Golden Hour, a sweet blend of amaretto, peach liqueur, and lime juice. These cocktails are expertly crafted to pair beautifully with the small plates on offer.
For meat lovers, the Smoked Brisket Sliders are the undisputed hero dish. Served with a punchy pickled mustard slaw and signature STK sauce, they’re packed with flavour and went down an absolute treat. The Maple-Glazed Miso Chicken Thigh Skewers were another hit, a definite crowd-pleaser.
As a pescatarian, I was delighted by the Grilled Prawns, served with an ají Amarillo aioli and fresh tomato salsa. The prawns were perfectly charred and with a squeeze of fresh lime, were bursting with flavour. The Tandoori Cauliflower also stood out as a great sharing dish and is accompanied by a spiced mango chutney.
If you want to finish on something sweet, the Chocolate Fudge Cake with a rich ganache and cocoa crumble is a good choice for the chocolate lovers. Opt for the New York Cheesecake with vanilla ice cream and raspberries for something smoothly sweet.
