This summer, Bar Lina is shrinking its serves but doubling down on flavour. In a sun-drenched collaboration with renowned drinks writer Tyler Zielinski, the bar group is hosting a limited-run menu inspired by his best-selling book Tiny Cocktails: The Art of Miniature Mixology. Guests at Bar Lina’s Shoreditch, Canary Wharf and Manchester locations can explore a sharply edited list of miniature cocktails designed for those who like their drinks compact, complex and conversational.
The menu features a standout exclusive: the Fragolino – a vivid co-creation between Bar Lina and Zielinski himself – made with Vermouth, wild strawberry liqueur and black cherry kombucha. There’s also a petite version of Bar Lina’s cult Bloody Martini, now reimagined in tomato-forward form with vodka, tomato water and Mancino Secco. And for purists? Try the Art of Simplicity, a Zielinski signature with Italicus, grapefruit sherbet, a splash of prosecco and an olive for good measure.
The collaboration taps into the growing appetite for flavour-first, lower-ABV drinks served in stylishly small portions. It’s clever, considered, and refreshingly light – but don’t wait. These tiny titans are only around for the summer, and when they’re gone, they’re gone.
