Lighter days are finally here, and we’re celebrating by making the most of London this March -think skyline brunches, late-night tequila bars, and new beauty, grooming and fitness openings worth detouring for. Plus, the viral Jellycat Airlines has officially taken off inside Harrods. We’re also leaning into small, joy-sparking rituals at home, starting with a seasonal flower subscription from Appleyard London that delivers a fresh bouquet straight to your door…because after a long, dark and very soggy winter, it would be rude not to.
These are the 12 things we’re loving this March. Consider this your edit of what’s new, what’s worth your time, and where to go when you fancy making a proper moment of the weekend.

Friday Nights at Aqua Nueva for The Spanish ‘Dark Brunch’ Experience
What better way to toast a Friday evening than with bottomless tapas and cocktails? Aqua Nueva has read our minds and launched a Dark Brunch experience, a Spanish-inspired evening with striking rooftop views of Regent Street, complete with DJ sets, a sophisticated crowd and that unmistakable “Friday night, let your hair down” buzz.
Available every Friday from 7pm, the experience is priced at £40 per person for food or £50 for 120 minutes of bottomless cocktails, wine, cava and beer, with authentic Spanish cocktails such as Agua de Sevilla and classic Sangria.
Your evening begins with a sharing board of cold tapas – think Gilda with pickled vegetables and white sardine, plus a sun-dried tomato and sobrasada dip before moving onto hot favourites including cider chorizo glazed with honey, patatas bravas with white alioli and brava sauce, and blistered Padrón peppers. For mains, diners can choose between lamb shoulder served with endive and carrot purée, pan-fried marinated salmon with salmorreta and chickpeas, or a vegan option of artichoke flower with Jerusalem artichoke purée and black garlic salt. Naturally, a Spanish tapas-themed dessert can only mean one thing: glazed churros with an orange marmalade dip to end the evening.

Book in for Townhouse’s New Cat Eye Collection
One thing’s for sure, we never need an excuse to head to Townhouse, and when a new nail art collection lands in our inbox, we’re straight through the doors to road-test it. Still the most talked-about boutique nail salon brand, Townhouse has built its reputation on precise cuticle care, sophisticated surroundings, a talented team who can create any nail art design you fancy, and an obsessively clean environment – each station even features a “sanitised clean” sign once it’s been prepped between clients. It’s these small touches that keep us going back again and again for an elevated, redefined nail experience.
Their new Cat Eye Collection, which launched in Townhouse salons this week, is all about that glazed-doughnut, high-dimension, majestic finish. Using specialised magnetic techniques to shift the pigment before it sets, Townhouse artists create a velvety, light-catching movement across the nails.
The collection arrives in three ultra-wearable shades; Silver icing – a classic metallic that can be worn alone or layered under sheer colours for a glass-nail effect. Along with chocolate icing and pink icing shades. The indecisive among us will struggle, all three shades ate seriously chic.
Available at all Townhouse locations

For All Your Spring Grooming Needs, Head to The Shiny New Murdock Broadgate Central Barbershop
When it comes to grooming, there’s no better place we’d recommend than the team at Murdock, proudly flying the flag for the best of British male grooming. And if you’re City-based, it’s now even easier to fit in a haircut or beard trim on your lunch break or commute home thanks to their newly opened Broadgate Central barbershop, just a three-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station. And of course, they do things differently here. It’s relaxed and welcoming, with complimentary beverages to help you unwind such as Glenfarclas whisky, Isle of Harris gin or a caffeine hit to enjoy while you sit back. Cheers to that.

Avid Runner? Combat Tight, Overworked Muscles with a Deep Tissue Massage at The HVN
Call us picky but when it comes to massages, we have certain standards. The experience must start with a warm cup of herbal tea to help you de-stress from the chaos of central London. The interiors need to be inspiring; the oils must smell luxurious yet gentle, so they don’t overpower the whole room, and a calming soundtrack is crucial. And the bed? It has to have the softest cut-out headrest so you don’t emerge with those dreaded face-ring marks. Bonus points if the bed is heated too. Spacious enough to stash your shopping bags and hang your clothes properly? Essential.
We can confirm The HVN ticks every single box and more. The mood lighting is low and soothing, and there’s even a little bell for when you’ve stripped off and are ready for 60 minutes of utter bliss.
Our therapist knew exactly what was needed – where to apply more pressure, when to use elbows to work out deep shoulder, thigh and calf knots, and how to incorporate gentle stretches through the arms and legs to release tension. It’s perfect if you’re training for the London Marathon or simply need a full-body reset. The movements are performed with such fluid precision that you’ll slip into doze mode within minutes.
And the final bonus? You literally float off the bed feeling lighter, more adjusted – as if your posture has been realigned and completely free of those tell-tale face marks, thanks to the softest, padded headrest imaginable.

No matter your age, Jellycats tap straight into that nostalgic, collectible joy we never quite outgrow and we predict this drop will be another viral moment, so check in early before your favourites take off.
And with Mother’s Day on the horizon, there’s never been a better excuse to visit. Pick a Jellycat that reflects her favourite plant, food or drink for a thoughtful twist – we’re especially taken with the new Amuseables Watering Can, freshly landed for spring.
