Available every Friday from 7pm, the experience is priced at £40 per person for food or £50 for 120 minutes of bottomless cocktails, wine, cava and beer, with authentic Spanish cocktails such as Agua de Sevilla and classic Sangria.
Your evening begins with a sharing board of cold tapas – think Gilda with pickled vegetables and white sardine, plus a sun-dried tomato and sobrasada dip before moving onto hot favourites including cider chorizo glazed with honey, patatas bravas with white alioli and brava sauce, and blistered Padrón peppers. For mains, diners can choose between lamb shoulder served with endive and carrot purée, pan-fried marinated salmon with salmorreta and chickpeas, or a vegan option of artichoke flower with Jerusalem artichoke purée and black garlic salt.
