A Night at The Carlton Jumeirah, Knightsbridge

Located in the heart of Knightsbridge, The Carlton Jumeirah is the epitome of luxury. Befitting royalty, allow your hotel experience to transcend all expectations.

The hotel offers three categories of rooms and 11 suites, all of which create the foundation for an unforgettable stay. The executive suite provides guests with a combination of opulence, serenity and comfort. The 52sqm bedroom has a spacious yet homely feel and is complemented by a marble en-suite, with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The dining area has a large dining table for up to four guests, perfect for room service or a takeaway meal from one of Knightsbridge’s world-famous restaurants, including Nusr-Et, Sumosan Twiga and Mr. Chow.

This luxurious suite boasts a separate living area to allow guests additional privacy and even more space to unwind. It also creates a magical experience with its unprecedented views of Cadogan Place Garden and beyond. These beautiful views can be further appreciated from the private balcony in the bedroom.

An amalgamation of grandeur and elegance, the Royal Suite is like no other. The Royal Suite has up to three spacious bedrooms and a stunning bathroom with a vast walk-in shower and a jacuzzi.

Wellness and tranquility are at the heart of Carlton Jumeirah’s spa. Allow yourself to be transported to an ethereal and peaceful place that feels a million miles from the slick streets of Knightsbridge. The spa offers an array of treatments, a personal favourite is the deep tissue signature collection Jumeriah Revitalising Massage, that uses ancient techniques, acupressure point stimulation and progressive stretching.

Take a dive into the other services on offer such as the Celebration of Love treatment, a bespoke full body massage combined with the healing crystal of unconditional love, the rose quartz. If you’d simply prefer a relaxing dip, take a swim in the indoor lap pool, naturally lit by London’s skyline.

Al Mare restaurant offers the most unforgettable contemporary Italian cuisine south of the river. Start with the scallops, served with green and white asparagus and savoury zabaglione. The scallops are light and delicate and coat the entirety of your mouth in flavour; an exceptional start to your indulgent Italian feast.

For your main course, opt for the Carré di Agnello, a superbly cooked rack of lamb, served with aubergine caponata and basil Greek yoghurt. The Gnocchi di Palate con Astice is also divine, soft homemade potato gnocchi acts as a spoon and absorbs the entire flavour of the dish and is served with tender lobster, courgette and mint.

Another favourite is the Tagliolini al limone con Tartare di Gamberi Rossi. This homemade taglioini pasta is served with Mataram del Vallo prawns, Amalfi lemon, burrata, oyster leaf and saltwort. This dish creates a euphoric explosion of flavour the juicy prawns are perfectly paired with the zesty citrus from the lemon and the rich buttery flavours from the cheese.

End the meal on a high with the decadent Cioccolato e Frutto Della Passione. The fusion of slightly bitter chocolate complimented by the sweet sorbet is the perfect end to a wonderful evening.
