Running through to 31st September 2025, this limited-edition afternoon tea experience fuses panoramic skyline views with the golden essence of Byron Bay, where Papa Salt—co-founded by Margot Robbie, Charlie Maas, Tom Ackerley, Regan Riskas, and Josey McNamara—is lovingly distilled using native botanicals.
Curated by Executive Pastry Chef Piero Sottile, the menu is a celebration of summer’s warmth and vibrancy, echoing the carefree spirit of long days by the sea. Think soft citrus notes, herbaceous touches, and bold summer fruits woven through exquisite patisserie and savouries.
