Amazonico Launches New Japazónico Lunch Menu

Amazonico London is a culinary oasis nestled in the heart of Mayfair, offering a tantalising journey through the flavours and cultures of the Amazon rainforest. The culinary experience at Amazonico London is nothing short of extraordinary. Helmed by Executive Chef Vitelio Reyes, the menu celebrates the diverse ingredients and traditional techniques of Amazonian cuisine, while infusing modern twists and international influences. Amazonico may have won over legions of fans with its thrilling latin menu but its new Japazónico menu is destined to impress regulars. The Nikkei is a concise express lunch menu that marries Asian influences with the tastes of Latin America, transporting diners from the rainforest of Brazil to the bustling backstreets of Tokyo – without leaving London.

From 13th March, Monday-Friday, guests can indulge in the 3 course Nikkei Lunch Menu (£38); starting with a choice off fresh Nigiri, such as Ginshake with King Salmon and banana miso cream and Amadai with Japanese red bream, wasabi and manao crunch. 

Following this, guests can choose from a range of Maki, including the signature Amazónico Roll or the Atun Picante with tuna tartare. Finish your journey with the new Pokezonico– Amazónico’s take on a poke bowl – offering diners 2 fish of their choice, or tofu, to build their own bowl served with Koshihikari rice, cashew nuts, avocado and a spicy-citrus dressing.  

No meal at Amazonico London is complete without sampling their exquisite cocktails, crafted with precision and flair by the talented team of mixologists. Try the Rainforest  Old Fashioned, an intoxicating blend of Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 rum, fermented bacuri, açai berry and Green Strawberry Mah Kwan Bitters. The El Litoral is heady and unforgettable, made with Balvenie 14 Caribbean Cask Whisky, Talisker 10yo Whisky, Huitlacoche Infused Carpano Classico Vermouth, chocolate, banana and tobacco bitters.

The dessert menu at Amazonico London is a sweet finale to your culinary adventure, featuring decadent treats inspired by the flavours of the rainforest. Indulge in the Tapioca Tropical with coconut and kaffir lime tapioca pearls, yuzu cream and chilli infused mango or the decadent Chocolate al Moctezuma with a hot chocolate fondant perfectly paired with cool avocado ice cream.
