Created by Executive Chef Thierry Laborde, the exclusive Bastille Day menu celebrates the flavours and traditions of French cuisine.
Begin with Yellowtail, served with sweet Occitanie cherries and a delicate lemon vinaigrette. Fresh, vibrant and beautifully balanced, it is the perfect introduction to the menu.
Next comes the star of the celebration: Le Grand Aïoli. Designed for sharing, this traditional Provençal feast features langoustines, salted cod, clams, eggs, carrots, fennel, celery, radish, wakame and Mazarine’s house-made aïoli. Long associated with family gatherings across southern France, it perfectly captures the spirit of Bastille Day.
Finally, finish with Strawberry Millefeuille. Layers of crisp pastry, Chantilly cream and seasonal strawberries create an elegant finale inspired by one of France’s most iconic desserts.

Alongside the food, Mazarine has created four exclusive versions of the classic French 75 cocktail. Each is topped with Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut, making them the perfect accompaniment to the menu.
Guests can choose the timeless French 75 Classic, the refreshing Maxwell 75 with cucumber-infused Hendrick’s Gin, the mint-forward Old Cuban 75 with Havana Club rum, or the vibrant Piscine 76, crafted with kaffir leaf-infused Belvedere Vodka.
