Live from 15th November to 6th January in celebration of the festive season Pan Pacific London is collaborating with EC Business Improvement District and MTArt Agency to create MOSAIC.

This immersive festive installation is a unique reimagination of traditional Christmas trees using recycled glass and mirrored cubes for a spectacular iridescent feature.

Pastry Chef Francesco Mannino is debuting this afternoon tea collection which fits perfectly with the view of the MOSAIC installation. Chef Francesco has created four new pastries, presented within bird cages on mirrored plates for a mesmerising play on light.

Straits Kitchen describes itself as a love letter to South East Asia. It embodies this with the celebration of the multiculturality of Singaporean food and aims to bring the delightful nature of the food into the hearts of Londoners. 

Centred around heritage recipes, Head Chef Jun Yung Ng provides a rich and vibrant menu. This season, Head Chef Jun Yung Ng is showcasing a celebratory menu with flavours from Singapore, Malaysia and China. The set 4 course menu is available from 13th November to 6th January. 

Look forward to Snow Crab Golden Cup with edamame, wakame and sambal mayonnaise, followed by Duck with Caviar, hibiscus plum and pandan mantou. After this, prepare to be blown away by the exquisite Mixed Peppercorn Sarawak Salai Flank Steak, served with Turmeric Sticky Rice.

Dessert is a showstopper by itself. Allow yourself to be whisked away by the Festive Mocha Mousse, Kalamansi Cremeux, coffee ice cream and sesame tuille.
