The masterminds behind this gastronomic journey – Dalston Wine Club’s founder, Hannah Crosbie, in collaboration with Hithe & Seek’s Head Chef Fabio De Paolis. Together, they’ve woven a menu that’s as intriguing as it is delightful, ensuring that every sip and bite is a conversation starter. Their creation? A sequence that commences with an aperitif cocktail, followed by six small plates designed for sharing, each paired meticulously with wines that elevate the experience to celestial heights.

Priced at £99 per person, the menu is only available until 2nd March, presenting an opportunity to delve into a culinary narrative that’s refreshingly unique. The setting amplifies the experience – modern décor that captures the essence of contemporary chic, complemented by an ambiance that’s both lively and intimate. It’s an idyllic haven for those emerging from the bustle of the city, where one can seek solace in cosy vibes and tunes that promise to unwind the tightest knots.

Starting with The Dalston Clover Club, a dance of vodka and raspberry topped with Balfour sparkling wine, the evening kicks off with a vibrant burst of flavour in a love pink liquid form. What follows is six playful takes on modern relationships that not only toy with ideas of love and food. Dishes like the ‘Catfish’ – a clever impersonation of scallops using torched king oyster mushrooms, and ‘The Anniversary’, an ice cold sea bass carpaccio that brings the palette alive. Finish the meal off with ‘The Ex’ – a chilli & mango mousse that’s as complex and captivating as past loves, encased in a dark chocolate sphere.
