Bags or shadows beneath your eyes might also be an effect. Getting adequate sleep helps to minimize wrinkles and puffiness beneath the eyes. It will also give you a youthful, bright appearance.

Drink A Lot Of Water

Drinking water hydrates your skin. Dehydrated skin can appear dull, irritated, and dry, and it can accentuate wrinkles. It can help lighten dark circles under your eyes and around your nose. Coffee and alcohol dry the skin. Drinking enough water keeps your skin moisturized and might help it shine. It may seem like a lot to drink 6 to 8 8-ounce (240-milliliter) glasses of water, but it will keep your skin looking youthful, bright, and radiant.

Eat Fruits And Vegetables
