Bacardi Silver Rum, Pineapple Juice, Luxardo Maraschino, Grenadine

  • Recipe: 2 oz Bacardi Silver Rum, 2 oz fresh pineapple juice, ½ oz  grenadine, ½ oz  Luxardo maraschino liqueur
  • Cocktail Build: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, Shake vigorously, fine strain
  • Glassware: Martini or Coupe Glass
  • Garnish: Pineapple leaves and brandied cherries on a metal skewer

Piggy Back Whiskey, Drambuie, Crème De Violette, Lemon

  • Recipe: 2 oz Whistle Pig 6yr Whiskey, ½ oz Drambuie, ½ oz crème de violette, ¼ oz simple syrup, ¼ oz lemon juice, 3 dashes chocolate bitters
  • Cocktail Build: Shake, Strain, Garnish & Serve.
  • Glassware: Double Old Fashioned 
  • Garnish: Orange Peel flared 
  • Specialty Prep: Use large Ice cube with BHH logo branded on ice
