London Cocktail Week is fast approaching, where the world’s best bartenders and experts gather in the capital.
This year, we’ve raised the bar (no pun intended), and asked four cities (London, New York, Singapore and Paris) to go head to head and build a bar in 24 hours. Each city will be appointed a team of six leading bartenders that intrinsically represent its cocktail culture. The teams will be given full creative freedom to interpret their brand in any way, shape or form, with only 24 hours to win over their discerning customers and a panel of expert judges.
Team London is headed up by Richard Woods (from internationally acclaimed Duck and Waffle and Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch) and will be working with Patrón Tequila to battle against the other cities.
