Pink Mamma Paris

Part of the famous Big Mamma Group, a collection of restaurants that have taken the culinary world by storm. These larger than life Italian restaurants have popped up all over France in recent years and now they have arrived in London.

Pink Mamma in Paris is without the crown jewel of the collection, a magical 4-floor bubblegum pink trattoria where the walls heave with eclectic art and wisteria. On the menu are a vast array of delicious authentic pizzas and pastas. At Pink Mamma size really does matter, 1kg T-Bone steaks and 1.1kg Tomahawk steaks are grilled on a 3-metre long barbeque using a mix of cherry wood and quebracho for taste. The corn-fed cows produce tender meat that is matured for at least 30 days and the recipe is a homage to Tuscan tradition. After all, according to Pink Mamma any steak that is not thicker than three fingers is classed as a carpaccio.

The Big Mamma Group have injected the beauty, fun and an electric energy back into dining, expect the unexpected but there is one thing you will know for sure, at Pink Mamma everything is glorious.
